Summary:

This guide will help you add a SharePoint shortcut to your OneDrive, letting you access SharePoint files/folders from your Windows Explorer

Audience:

Access to the required site or folder you want to create a OneDrive Shortcut too.

- Required tools or permissions

Steps:
1. Open up the required SharePoint site, in this case Clinical from Agora

2. Click the "See all" button
3. Click "Add shortcut to OneDrive"

4. Open file explorer 5. Click on your OneDrive account on the left. The folder should appear hear after some time. My examples are "Documents - IT USER FORMS" and "General - Avance

KB" the clinical one should look like, "Documents - Clinical".

Tip! You can add individual folders as a Shortcut as well if you don't want to add the entire site! Follow the same process, but instead, select an individual folder by clicking the bubble next to it!


Expected Outcome:

You should now be able to see the SharePoint site as a folder within your OneDrive account

Troubleshooting:
- Issue: The folder is not appearing in your OneDrive
  Solution: Sometimes it can take awhile for the folder to fully sync, please wait up to 30 minutes, otherwise contact IT Helpdesk.
