If you are having issues connecting to the Z: drive or any of the Shared Drives, please follow some of below steps that might assist you in reconnecting!


1. Find and double click the "Azure-Drives-Mapping" file that should be on your desktop.



If that has not helped, try the next steps! 

2. Try signing out from your account by clicking on Windows Icon, Username, then select "Sign Out" option from your account profile. 

                   


Once signed out, please log back in with your password, and double click on "Azure-Drives-Mapping.bat" file located on your desktop screen.
